Kitty Hawk Farm Market thanks you and your organization for helping to make
our community a wonderful place to live. Your contribution of time,
energy and money to improve the quality of life for others is invaluable
to the Outer Banks.
We at Kitty Hawk Farm Market know that raising funds is always a challenge
for organizations. KhFM would like to offer a way to help by
donating spaces at the open air market to your organization.
Now non-profit organizations can take advantage of this
offer by holding a "garage sale" at the open air community market.
Members collect used household items, clothing or knickknacks and sell
them at Kitty Hawk Farm Market. New or hand-crafted items may also be sold or your organization
may have an informational booth. Make it a fun and profitable day at Kitty Hawk Farm Market!!
Through
our Non-Profit Program, Kitty Hawk Farm Market will
donate two spaces, two times per year to your organization. In
addition to the spaces,two announcements on our Public Address system
will be made. To assure maximum success, Kitty Hawk Farm Market will meet with your representative and provide the necessary
forms, tips to make your day successful and a publicity packet to get
the word out about your organization's event at the Kitty Hawk Farm Market.
As
space is limited and some dates may not be available, we request four to
six weeks notice for reservations. PLEASE DO NOT SEND FORMS WITHOUT FIRST CONFIRMING A
DATE WITH A Kitty Hawk Farm Market REPRESENTATIVE.
When your organization is ready to set a date, please contact
the market's Non-Profit Coordinator at (252)564-9030 , Wednesday through
Friday, from 10 am to 4 pm.
